S2pid Police...

I was happened to witness this an hour ago...

-Start-
I was on the way to my car.
And, I saw a police. He was clamping a car...!
-Lucky enough that car is not mine...-

Then, after he finished clamping, a passer-by talked to him.
Assume A = Passer-by, and B = S2pid police
(In fact they talk in Malay language, but somehow I like to translate it into English..)

A : Hey, why are you clamping this car?
B : Is this your car??
A : No, it is not.
B : Then what is your problem?
A : Nah, just wanna ask why are you clamping this car?
B : You can't see? This car is parking at illegal place! It's blocking this road!
A : Yeah, and why you want to clamp it?
B : He disobey rules! I should give him/her a lesson so that he/she won't park here anymore!
A : And make more jams on this road for today right?
-Silence-
A : People went to class or do things for a moment, but he will come back after this to take his car! At most, they will take only one to two hours, right? Now you clamp his car, and you are happy cause you have made traffic jams for WHOLE DAY! Can't you think twice before you act?!?!
-Silence-
-Passer-by walked away.-
-S2pid police took out the clamp under witness of 10+ ppl-

And I was like...

WTF??

Conclusion : Think twice before act...
